How to Use
Use a pot with drainage holes. Add a base layer of mix, loosen the roots and set the plant in, then fill around it leaving about 1 inch at the top for watering. Water slowly until it drains from the bottom, and water again when the top inch is dry and the pot feels noticeably lighter. Biochar settles in shipping, so shake the bag before use. Biochar can temporarily stain hands and darken saucer water, and beneficial fungi may occasionally sprout a few mushrooms.
