Shipping policy

We ship via UPS and USPS. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from our Bay Area warehouse.

Some large or heavy equipment ships via freight carrier rather than UPS/USPS and may require a shipping quote.

Certain hazardous or DOT-regulated products cannot be shipped and are available for in-store pickup only; these are noted on the product page.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
