Refund policy
Returns
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Email us at dsgardensupplies@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back before we reply.
Return shipping
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you pay the cost of return shipping. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or refund you, and we cover the return shipping.
Items we cannot take back
- Opened or used products, including opened bags and bottles of fertilizer, soil, nutrients and other growing supplies.
- Pesticides, alcohols and other hazardous or regulated products, which are sold for in-store pickup only.
- Special-order or freight items, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.
