Haifa MKP (mono potassium phosphate, 0-52-34) is a preferred source of phosphorus and potassium when nitrogen should be limited: early in the season for root establishment, and during the productive stage of sugar-rich fruit crops to raise sugar content and fruit quality. It suits fertigation, foliar sprays, blends and liquid fertilizers.
Key Features
- 100% plant nutrients, fully water soluble
- Free of chloride, sodium and other detrimental elements
- Moderately low pH (4.4 to 4.7) and low salt index, non-corrosive to pumps
- Compatible with most water-soluble fertilizers, but do not tank-mix with calcium or magnesium fertilizers
- Micronutrients such as iron, manganese, zinc and copper should be chelated when used with it
How to Use
Use through fertigation when nitrogen should be kept low, or as a foliar spray at high phosphorus and potassium demand stages. Follow the rates recommended for your crop or nutrient program.
