E.B. Stone Organics Orchid Potting Mix for Cymbidium Orchids - Fir Bark, Lava Rock and Redwood Blend - 8 Quart
E.B. Stone Organics Orchid Mix is a coarse potting mix specially formulated for the growing requirements of Cymbidium orchids. Its open structure promotes airflow and drainage around the roots, making it well suited to planting and repotting.
Key Features
- Made for Cymbidium orchids
- Blend of fir bark, lava rock, aged redwood and sand
- Coarse texture promotes airflow and drainage
- Provides an open, supportive growing environment around orchid roots
- Ready-to-use mix that makes repotting simple
- Registered Organic Input Material with the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA)
How to Use
Remove the orchid from its container, clear away old media and any dead or damaged roots, then set the plant in a pot with good drainage. Gently fill around the roots with the mix without packing it tightly, since orchid roots need air space. Water thoroughly and let excess drain freely. Repot when the mix breaks down or drainage slows.
