M-Pede® Insecticide/Miticide/Fungicide (Gowan Company) is an EPA-registered, OMRI-listed insecticidal soap concentrate made from potassium salts of fatty acids (49.0%). Provides contact control of soft-bodied insects (aphids, mites, whiteflies, mealybugs, scale, thrips) and curative control of powdery mildew, indoors or out. 0-day pre-harvest interval.

Mixing: stand-alone rate 0.25%-4% v/v (2% v/v = 2.5 fl oz/5 Tbsp per gallon is the most common rate); tank-mix rate 1-2% v/v. Full rate table by crop is on the EPA-stamped label.
Note: label carries California crop-exclusions for a few specific uses (artichoke, watercress, certain field crops) — other CA uses remain legal. Not DOT hazmat.
